Pack Your Items
Securely place your unworn jewelry in its original box and use a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the packing slip is included.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
